At your request we can return your digital media and any hard coy material you send to us by standard mail or package (USPS). The total weight of your media can not exceed 1 lb.
AdExtend will retain proof of mailing and is not responsible for material lost in the mail. Contact us to request more secure shipping method.

If you ordered 'Site on CD' service and would like to receive your original 'hard copy' medial with it, we'll do so for no additional charge.
